Siang Ini, Kabareskrim Tentukan Nasib Luna-Tari

Kepala Bareskrim Mabes Polri Komjen Polisi Ito Sumardi akan membahas mengenai status Luna Maya dan Cut Tari dengan penyidik, siang ini. Apakah keduanya akan dijadikan tersangka?

Ito mengaku, pihaknya tidak terburu-buru menetapkan kedua wanita yang diduga terdapat dalam video tersebut, karena tidak mau melanggar HAM.

“Ini kan agar tidak melanggar HAM. Rencananya siang ini saya akan bahas dengan penyidiknya,” kata Ito dalam pesan singkatnya kepada wartawan, Rabu (30/6/2010).

Pengganti Susno Duadji ini mengaku, pihaknya sedang mengkaji pasal-pasal apa saja yang bisa disangkakan kepada kedua selebriti cantik ini. "Kita sedang kaji mendalam pasal yang disangkakan pada yang bersangkutan," pungkasnya.

Selasa, 22 Juni lalu Ariel telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus video porno. Eks vokalis Peterpan ini dijerat dengan UU Pornografi dan UU ITE. Berbeda dengan Ariel, dua wanita yang diduga dalam video tersebut masih berstatus saksi. Polisi belum menentukan, apakah status keduanya akan menjadi tersangka atau tidak?.

Polri Gugat Majalah Tempo

Efek terbitnya Majalah Tempo dengan laporan utama Rekening Gendut Perwira Polri terus berlanjut. Setelah ribuan eksemplar majalah itu raib dari pasaran, kini Mabes Polri tengah menyiapkan gugatan ke Tempo.

Demikian diungkapkan Wakadiv Humas Brigjen Pol Zainuri Lubis usai mengikuti acara silaturrahmi dengan purnawirawan Polri di kampus PTIK. “Materi gugatannya sedang kita siapkan,” ujarnya, Rabu (30/6/2010).

Gugatan akan dilayangkan terkait pemuatan cover Majalah Tempo yang menampilkan sosok polisi tengah menggiring celengan babi. Zainuri atas nama Kepolisian mengaku sangat menyayangkan kebijakan Majalah Tempo tersebut.

“Ini tidak memakai hati, tidak memakai kedewasaan, dan cenderung emosional. Kalau materi itu silahkan saja dari mana datanya. Tetapi ketika ada gambar polisi menggiring celengan babi rasanya itu etikanya kurang,” ungkapnya.

Pemuatan gambar polisi tengah menggiring babi, menurut Zainuri, telah melukai perasaan anggota Polri dan keluarganya. Dia menyebutkan ada 400-an ribu anggota Polri di seluruh Indonesia. “Kalau rata-rata anggota Polri memiliki empat anggota keluarga, 400 ribu x 4 saya kira akan banyak yang terluka. Kok tega gitu lho,” ujarnya.

Berbicara mengenai rekening yang mencurigakan, Zainuri menyatakan dari tahun 2005-2010 ada 1.200-an rekening yang dilaporkan. Dari jumlah itu yang menyangkut anggota Polri hanya 20 persen. “Itu kecil sekali, tetapi ternyata tega sekali Tempo memberikan gambar yang melukai polisi dan anggota keluarganya,” sesalnya.

Seperti diketahui, ribuan eksemplar majalah Tempo edisi terbaru hilang dari pasaran beberapa waktu lalu. Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, beberapa pemborongnya adalah orang yang mirip polisi.

Majalah Tempo yang raib dari pasaran itu memuat laporan utama soal rekening jumbo para jenderal polisi. Laporan ini juga memuat indikasi rekening para jenderal di Mabes Polri yang mencurigakan.

Hasil analisis Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan menemukan ada puluhan miliar rupiah yang masuk ke rekening para Jenderal Polisi. Duit itu mengalir dari pihak ketiga tanpa kejelasan aktivitas bisnis yang dilakukan.okezone

Polisi Selidiki Kabar Video 'Ariel-BCL' di Manado

Mabes Polri akan menyelidiki kabar beredarnya video porno mirip Ariel dan Bunga Citra Lestari (BCL) yang beredar di Manado.

"Sampai sekarang, tentang informasi lain tentunya aka nada penyelidikan. Hari ini, kalau ada temuan video-video aka nada dilakukan penyelidikan lain. Kita tunggu," kata Wakadiv Humas Mabes Polri Brigjen Polisi Zainuri Lubis kepada wartawan dalam acara silaturahmi dengan purnawirawan Polri di kampus PTIK, Rabu (30/6/2010).

Zainuri mengatakan, jika benar adanya video tersebut, bisa jadi akan dilakukan pemanggilan terhadap artis yang diduga di dalam video tersebut.

"Kalau ada penyelidikan pasti dipanggil. Kalau ada informasi, tindakan pertama adalah penyelidikan dulu. Nanti akan kita lihat apakah ada tindakan lain seperti pemanggilan atau lain-lain," jelasnya.

Yang pasti, lanjutnya, hingga saat ini polisi hanya menetapkan Ariel sebagai tersangka kasus video porno tersebut. "Yang lain masih saksi," ujarnya.

Diberitakan, video porno mirip Ariel dan Bunga Citra Lestari (BCL) beredar di Manado. Tidak seperti video-video sebelumnya, video kali ini sudah beredar dalam bentuk VCD dan dijual Rp60 ribu perkepingnya. id.omg.yahoo.com

Parfi Minta Ariel-Luna-Tari Dinonaktifkan

Nazriel Irham, Luna Maya, dan Cut Tari pantas diberi sanksi berupa penonaktifan dari kegiatan keartisannya.

“Jelas Parfi tidak akan mendukung siapapun artis yang dengan sadar melakukan pelanggaran-pelanggaran, meskipun itu untuk konsumsi pribadi. Soalnya dengan kecanggihan teknologi, itu dapat diakses dan menyebar seperti virus,” papar Ketua Parfi Yenny Rachman saat dihubungi okezone, Rabu (30/6/2010).

Dia menyayangkan adanya kejadian yang dilakukan oleh artis yang diduga Ariel, Luna, dan Cut Tari. Walaupun semuanya menjunjung asas praduga tak bersalah, namun aib yang telah menjadi konsumsi publik ini mencoreng profesi artis Indonesia.

“Saya mengimbau kepada seluruh artis untuk lebih mawas diri,” ujarnya.

Yenny menambahkan, yang bisa memastikan keterlibatan ketiganya adalah pengadilan. Namun karena ini semua menyangkut masalah moral bangsa, ada baiknya ketiganya diberi sanksi sosial berupa penghentian kegiatan keartisan.

“Saya minta pemerintah harus tegas tanpa pilih kasih. Dia harus kena sanksi, tidak boleh muncul lagi dan tidak diaktifkan lagi di media televisi, iklan, dan lain-lain. Biar artis lebih mawas diri lagi,” harapnya.

Yenny mengatakan, sanksi itu harus diberlakukan sebagai wujud pembelajaran artis. Dia sedih karena masalah keburukan selalu labelnya artis.

“Kalau begini terus, siapa yang mau menyandang status artis,” ucapnya miris.

Jika Ariel, Luna dan Tari tidak diberi sanksi, Yenny khawatir video seks mereka bakal berdampak luas. Pasalnya, ketiganya merupakan idola. Perempuan ayu ini khawatir perbuatan buruk yang dicontohkan artis menjadi kegemaran dan ditiru.

“Belakangan saya melihat aktivitas (Ariel, Luna, Tari) sudah dihentikan. Ini sebagai sanksi sosial,” tegasnya.okezone

Kabareskrim Cek Tato Luna Maya ke Singapura?

Luna Maya dikabarkan telah menghilangkan tato di pinggul kiri bagian atas tubuhnya di Singapura. Kabareskrim Komjen Polisi Ito Sumardi pun sedang berada di sana, apakah pejabat tinggi polisi tersebut mengecek kebenaran kabar tersebut?

“Enggakm saya dari Filipina, hanya transit saja,” kata Ito saat menjawab pertanyaan wartawan melalui telepon, Rabu (30/6/2010).

Ito mengungkapkan, pengecekan penghilangan tato Luna Maya di Singapura, bukan menjadi urusannya. Rencananya usai dari Singapura, Ito siang ini mendarat di Jakarta dan langsung menuju kantornya.

“Untuk ngecek bagaimana perkembangannya. Jadi itu baru dibahas hari ini,” ungkapnya.

The application period for 2011 ASEAN Scholarships for Indonesia is 12 June 2010 (9.00am) to 15 July 2010 (10.00pm) Indonesia Time.

The ASEAN Scholarships for Indonesia is tenable for 4 years leading to the award of the Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education Advanced (GCE A) Level (or equivalent) certificate.

The Scholarship is for studies in selected Singapore schools from Secondary Three to Pre-University Two and is renewed annually, subject to the satisfactory performance of the scholar.

Students from Indonesia are welcome to apply for the ASEAN Scholarships for Indonesia to enter Singapore schools at the Secondary Three level. Candidates who are not short-listed for the scholarships will be considered for the Merit Awards.

Eligibility

Students who meet the following criteria are invited to apply for the scholarship:

Born between 1994 to 1996
Sat for 2010 SMP 3 National Final Evaluation Examination (UAN) and have done consistently well in school
